RYAN’S RENTALS LLC was founded in 2008. My name is Ryan. I specialize in the toughest, most unloved and unglamorous part of the real estate market: affordable workforce housing. I have always liked a challenge. Most of my properties are in Coolidge, but I also have three properties in Florence, one in Casa Grande and one in Randolph. I decided to expand the business in 2021 with the purchase of four manufactured home lots and a 11 ½ acre property that was previously a cotton gin. In my spare time, I enjoy podcasting, traveling and fishing. Prior to moving to Coolidge my family owned and operated a large cattle and hay ranch near Reno/Lake Tahoe.
